Play The Jackbox Party Essentials on Netflix

Good news, Netflix subscribers! You can now play three fan-favorite Jackbox party games through the games tab in your Netflix account (as long as your device is compatible). 

The Jackbox Party Essentials on Netflix includes:

Drawful 2

Players: 3–8

Game length: 15–20 minutes

In Drawful 2, each player receives a weird and unique prompt that they must try to draw on their mobile device (without the aid of an eraser). After each “artist” presents their work, everyone else anonymously submits a title that could fit this bizarre drawing.

Your goal is to somehow find the correct prompt while fooling other players into selecting your decoy answer. Bonus points are awarded to those who submitted decoys that are especially clever or ridiculous… it’s usually the ridiculous ones.

Quiplash 3

Players: 3–8
Game length: 15–20 minutes

Players receive a prompt on their phone like “worst theme for a pinball machine.” Everyone will write a response, and answers go head-to-head. See if you can make your friends laugh and garner the most votes.

In Quiplash 3, a third and final round requires three responses to one prompt. That’s three times the chances to be funny!

Fibbage 4

Players: 2–8
Game length: 15–20 minutes

“The mayor of Rabbit Hash, Kentucky is a ______.”

Baby? Rabbit? Ham sandwich? It’s up to you! Just make sure it’s somewhat plausible in order to rack up points. When everyone’s submissions are presented anonymously, it’s up to you to see if you can spot which absurd answer is actually the truth. 

In round three, you’ll have to craft a single lie that believably fits into two separate blanks at the same time. Attempt to guess the most completed facts correctly and fool the most people in order to win. 

How do I play Jackbox on Netflix? 

As long as your TV or browser is compatible with Netflix, and you see the games tab on your screen (learn more here), you should be able to launch The Jackbox Party Essentials. In order to use your phone as a controller, you’ll need to scan the QR code on the screen to join. Netflix requires you to download the Netflix Game Controller app.
