On which platforms is the Jackbox Games Streaming Service available?
Right now it is available on most Google TV and FireTV compatible devices. FireTV devices must be running FireOS 6 or greater. We hope to add more platforms in the future.
Do I need a Jackbox Games account to sign up?
Yes. You need a Jackbox Games account to stream games on the service and we are also using Jackbox Games accounts to manage the waitlist.
After I make an account and sign up, can I play games right away?
Not quite. We are currently in closed beta, which means you will be added to a waitlist. When you receive access you will receive an email letting you know that you can now stream games.
How do I install the Jackbox Games app on my device?
When you are granted access to the beta program, you will receive an email with instructions on how to install the app on your device.
When will the Jackbox Games Streaming Service be available publicly?
We don’t currently have a date set for public release. The short answer is: as soon as we feel confident that it’s functioning well for everyone.
