Patch Notes: October 22nd Updates for Trivia Murder Party 3 in Early Access
Trivia Murder Party 3 is now available in Early Access on Steam and Epic! Throughout Early Access, you can expect regular patch updates to address fan feedback and incorporate brand new content for your enjoyment. Read more to find out what's in this patch.
🎃Limited Time: Halloween Live Event
October 22nd 2PM CDT - November 5th 2PM CST
Our porch light is on and we’re ready to serve up some Halloween goodies that contain roughly zero razor blades. Treats include:
- Double XP! Play TMP3 at any point during this event to earn double your usual XP
- Halloween-centric trivia! Play TMP3 during this window to experience some limited time spooky trivia
- Halloween cosmetics! Play matchmade games to unlock Halloween Costumes for your doll: Bloodsucker Suit, Fearleader, Regular Clown
- Free cosmetic gift! Log in during the event to claim your free Batpack back item
Complete a matchmade game to earn one reward per day. Play on three separate days during the event to collect all three! And play well enough to earn the greatest reward of all: life.
🖐️New Killing Floor: Shadow Puppets
You’ll need a hand with this next minigame. Literally!
Rotate a severed hand to match various shadow shapes. If you score high enough not to die, then you’ll earn a disgusting high five.

- 30 New XP Levels + Rewards - the reward track has been expanded up to level 50 with new cosmetics and emotes to unlock
- New Death Blow - experience our newest way to die - a woodchipper!
- Plot Twist Changes - Plot Twists that change the flow of trivia (Flashlight Trivia & Subjective Questions) will now only happen for a single question before reverting back to the standard trivia flow 🏕️
- Plot Twist Frequency - you are now more likely to experience a short plot twist at least once during a game
- 4k Window Resolution - players with 4k monitors are now able to set their resolution to 4k when in windowed mode 🏕️
- Player Joining - if you cancel the game start countdown before the game officially starts, you will be able to have extra players join with no issue
- Main Menu - Increased arrow key and gamepad functionality
- General visual updates & bug fixes
