Debate and Switch is all about hot takes on bizarre scenarios. Players are participating in a town hall and are first prompted to submit a goofy opinion up for debate. You might debate something like “All menus need photos of the food on them” or “The high school mascot should be really, really scary”. Players face off arguing for or against their topic. In real time, their fellow players will run from side to side in city hall to indicate which stance they are siding with.

After the first round of debate, all players will have the option to switch it up by picking a word in the debate topic and editing it. That might mean your debate of “We need more spiders!” changes to something like “We need hotter spiders!”. Debaters must think quickly on their feet to adjust their argument and sway the crowd.

When you’re not debating, you’ll also have the ability to submit comments that appear in word bubbles for all spectators. The players debating have the opportunity to ignore your taunts or use your ammo to solidify their argument.
